Readings Salem, CT and Ballet Hispanico, NYC 2018 - 2019, Live and in Color
Live & In Color develops new work for the stage that promotes and celebrates diversity. Emphasizing non-traditional casting, multi-ethnic participants, and bold theatricality, they offer unique development opportunities for new plays and musicals that encourage dialogue among artists from a variety of cultures.
Present Perfect was awarded their annual two-week retreat at The Bingham Camp in Salem, CT. Under the artistic direction of Devanand Janki, it culminated in a presentation to an invited audience of local supporters, national art advocates and other professionals.

Luis Salgado is an international actor, director, choreographer and educator based in NYC. He is well known for his work as the Latin Assistant Choreographer of the Tony Award winning musical "In The Heights". In 2014 he originated the role of Kid Rizzo on the Broadway Musical "Rocky" and was part of the Gloria Estefan Musical "On Your Feet". Luis Salgado was Assistant Director with Sergio Trujillo on Cirque du Soliel Paramour.
